The owner of ARC is an award-winning architectural and construction professional with more than 20 years of experience in architectural design, construction administration, project management, and community development review. His diverse background combines technical expertise with practical construction knowledge, allowing him to effectively guide projects from concept through completion.

For the past decade, Casey Hull has led architectural review services for one of the Kansas City area's premier master-planned communities, overseeing thousands of residential improvement and construction projects. His expertise includes architectural plan review, site inspections, homeowner and contractor coordination, design compliance, and community standards enforcement.

Prior to specializing in community architectural review, Casey worked with nationally recognized firms including HOK, Mitchell Giurgola Architects, and C.H. Guernsey Architects & Engineers, contributing to major healthcare, educational, governmental, and institutional projects throughout the United States.

As the founder of Architectural Review Consultants (ARC), Casey provides independent consulting services to homeowner associations, developers, builders, and property owners. His experience spans residential, commercial, healthcare, municipal, and educational projects, helping clients navigate the architectural review process while protecting the integrity and long-term value of their communities.

Casey holds Master's Degrees in Architecture and Construction Administration from the University of Oklahoma and is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), a LEED Green Associate, and recipient of the Top 20 Design Award in the international Living Smart architectural design competition.
